The no-code bot builder allows businesses to use AI chatbots on social media platforms such as Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook. The platform empowers companies to simplify customer engagements and automate business processes through social chatbots. One advantage of their product is the ability of the chatbots to work around the clock to attend to online visitors even when customer service personnel are unavailable. Founded in 2020, the platform has over one million monthly users from five countries.
