Mande, the human resources technology startup, has been selected to join the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub program. The Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub program aims to democratize access to the resources needed to build a startup from the ground up – from free cloud credits to build the product to software and technical advisory.
With an impressive track record of working with over 300 professionals, the Mande team identified a significant gap between what professionals consider achievements and what employers are willing to reward. Recognizing the need to bridge this gap, Mande offers a platform that equips professionals with tools to self-promote and showcase their achievements at work and beyond. Through its innovative platform, Mande empowers ambitious professionals to take control of their career paths with a growth-tracking platform. The company was founded by Joel Kojo Abaka Anaman in 2022.
Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub benefits includes offering founders up to $150,000 in Azure credits, mentorship guidance from business leaders and technical experts, and startup-friendly offers from Microsoft partners. Program benefits vary based on the stage of your startup. Upon acceptance, startups are categorized into one of the following tiers – Ideate, Develop, Grow, Scale – and can access the next tier and additional Azure credits, resources, and benefits as they scale.
