The 12-month invite-only fellowship provides fellows with knowledge, community, and resources.

Kristin Wilson is Managing Partner at Innovate Africa Fund, an angel fund dedicated to backing super early-stage technology-driven ventures that: connect Africa, create synergy and unlock prosperity. Kristin has facilitated and participated in over 52 Angel Investments, VC Investments and Syndicate Investments. She is a people technology expert whose work empowers entrepreneurs and business teams to harness the power of data and technology.
Currently, as Chief Strategy Officer at Spurt! Kristin crafts innovative solutions that combine design thinking, data analytics, and people operations technology to drive growth for SMEs and startups in sub-Saharan Africa. Kristin maintains a robust and active angel investment portfolio and is the Managing Partner at the Innovate Africa Fund and Bold Angel Network. She also serves as Venture Partner at Oui Capital and Investment Lead for the Rising Tide Africa Angel Network.
Barbara Ghansah is CEO at Zinari Capital, an impact investment firm that seeks to promote the economic empowerment of African women and reduce gender inequalities. She is an Agricultural Finance, SME & Impact Investment Expert with extensive experience of over 25 years in West Africa. She has worked extensively with agribusinesses and women-led SMEs in Ghana and other West African countries, notably Sierra Leone and Liberia, and across various value chains and industries.
Barbara has successfully facilitated access to finance and provided business development services for several agribusinesses and SMEs including early-stage businesses. Over the years she has also developed and maintained extensive networks both formally and informally with several partners and stakeholders, among government, private sector, and international development organisations.
