MedTrack has been selected as part of the first cohort of the Timbuktoo HealthTech Accelerator. Selected from over 957 applicants, the cohort features 40 young innovators from 21 African countries.
MedTrack is transforming Africa’s healthcare landscape with its decentralized health information system, linking patient data to national biometric IDs. Its patient-focused platform enables seamless collaboration among healthcare providers, fostering a paperless ecosystem that connects clients, providers, and facilities nationwide. Co-founded by Dr. Justice Croffie, Omar Seidu Farouk, Badu Boahen, Dr. Clarence Basogloyele, and Kweku Ghartey, the startup is reshaping healthcare delivery across the continent.
By joining the Timbuktoo HealthTech Accelerator’s pioneer cohort, the startup will gain access to equity-free funding of up to $100,000, expert mentorship, and access to the Timbuktoo ecosystem. It also offers connections to investors, partners, and UN and AfCFTA networks, accelerating growth and enabling MedTrack to shape Africa’s HealthTech evolution.
