Medtrack Technologies has been selected among the 15 finalists advancing to the Acceleration Phase of the timbuktoo Healthtech Accelerator Programme. The finalists were chosen from the inaugural cohort of 40 innovators who participated in the boot camp to shortlist the startups with the most potential.
The Acceleration phase begins in January and will provide comprehensive support, including mentorship, funding, and access to state-of-the-art resources to the startups to help them scale their solutions and address Africa’s most pressing healthcare challenges. The 15 startups will each receive $25,000. The 15 startups are focused on developing transformative solutions in critical areas such as telemedicine, healthcare logistics, diagnostics, and mobile health. Their goal is to deliver sustainable and inclusive healthcare solutions that can make a meaningful global impact.
MedTrack is a health information operating system that links patient health data to national biometric identification systems. Its patient-focused platform enables seamless collaboration among healthcare providers, fostering a paperless ecosystem that connects clients, providers, and facilities nationwide. Co-founded by Dr. Justice Croffie, Omar Seidu Farouk, Badu Boahen, Dr. Clarence Basogloyele, and Kweku Ghartey, the startup is reshaping healthcare delivery across the continent.
