Ronald Tagoe, the Founder of Chatbots Africa, the multi-channel bot platform, has been selected to participate in the new cohort of the Westerwelle Foundation Young Founders Programme.

The international fellowship is a 6-month fellowship for outstanding young entrepreneurs from emerging markets. It brings together leaders from all over the world who are united in the pursuit of achieving entrepreneurial greatness. The 2023 cohort comprises 24% Latin American, 36% Asian and 40% African founders, with 40% being female.

The no-code bot builder allows businesses to use AI chatbots on social media platforms such as Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook. The platform empowers companies to simplify customer engagements and automate business processes through social chatbots. One advantage of their product is the ability of the chatbots to work around the clock to attend to online visitors even when customer service personnel are unavailable. Founded in 2020, the platform has over one million monthly users from five countries.
